Sometimes, basics make great gifts, especially for guys.
A nice and comfortable shirt makes a great gift option for him, because it gets rid of the need for him to do his own shopping. Hey, you’re probably doing him a favor!
Shirts are pretty much an essential thing, year long. They are probably the most dependable pieces of our wardrobe, excluding shoes.
Money Friendly options:
+ H&M Long Fit t-shirt: My personal go-to’s for basics is H&M. I really like the quality and price of their pieces. This specific shirt comes in multiple different colors + it’s less than $10! Hello?! A steal!!
+ Abercrombie v-neck: This shirt comes in 4 different colors (I love the blush color!) It’s a 100% cotton t-shirt on sale for $13!
Luxury options:
+ Ralph Lauren Classic Pocket t-shirt: This 100% cotton t-shirt comes in a variety of colors (the Ink colored one is a great casual and everyday look; top with some light-wash denim and he’s good to go!)
+ Saint Laurent Signature Destroyed t-shirt: This stylish t-shirt is a great pick for a night out or a festive concert! It looks amazing with some ripped jeans and a clean pair of Comme de Garcons or white canvas sneakers.
+ Dior Icon Polo Shirt: This gorgeous mauve polo screams elegance and class with enough simplicity to keep it low key. Pair this piece with some neatly ironed black pants and some black shoes to turn heads at the next outing!
+ Valentino t-shirt: Okay, this shirt is so neat and elegant, that I just may buy it for myself. It’s effortlessly classic and classy. It comes in black & white, so take your pick! + H&M Fine-Knit Sweater: I really liked this black sweater with a thick beige stripe running through it (they have a white option too) I think it makes it look wayy more expensive than it actually is, don’t you think? Not to mention, it looks super duper comfy and soft! He’s gotta love that, who wouldn’t?
+ Buck Mason Classic Crew: So, I have been reading about Buck Mason, and they seem like a ridiculously amazing brand for guys. Their clothing is classy and elegant for men. I can tell they really care about their products, customers, and quality of their clothing. This crew is made completely out of wool (so soft!) It comes in the color Faded Hunter (an olive green) and Oat (a classic beige)
Luxury options:
+ Ralph Lauren Cable-Knit Sweater: This. This is the classic bring-the-boy-over-home-for-dinner shirt. Simple. Clean. Polished Look. Comes in five different colors (I like Hunter Navy & Fawn Grey Heather), but I especially love the Andover Cream colored one (white). They come in a very dark navy blue (almost black) and a grey color. These can be sported outside on a cold day or can be worn inside for some comfy PJ alternatives.

+ Gucci Jersey Joggers: Vintage, loose, and Gucci! What more can you ask for? These Italian-made joggers are 100% organic cotton and have a very elegant look to them, while also being soft + snug.

+ H&M Sweat-shorts: These short, sell like hot cakes. I mean, the reviews are raving! These are men’s basic go-to’s. Most men don;t like to feel uncomfortable in the name of fashion. Basics are essential for most guys and you literally can’t go anymore basic with these sweatshorts. They come in beige, dark grey, and navy. I really like the beige ones. AND! They’re only 13 bucks!! These can be worn with great sneakers (maybe some Comme des Garsons high tops ? (I LOVE them in white) with a nice & ironed t-shirt. Throw on a statement jacket and he’s good to go! N
+ Abercrombie Denim Shorts: These classic denim shorts are effortlessly cool. I mean, let him wear these as a statement piece. They look so cool! They come in light-wash, dark-wash, and also black-wash. I really like the black shorts (they look so rad!!) They would make a great contrast with white tops and white shoes!
Designer option:
+ Burberry Knit Shorts: These imported cotton shorts are relaxed fit and THEY’RE 50% OFF. This is, quite literally, a steal. These shorts can be matched with a colorful print shirt or even a basic print shirt- it’s Burberry, after all. These give off a casual look, but with a strong hint of class and style sophistication.

Almost every guy I know, is enamored with sneakers. They sometimes talk more about their shoes than us girls do! And, nothing says I care about you more than a nice + new pair of shoes! Hint, hint!
Oh! And these shoes are all unisex so feel free to do some shopping for yourself ( I know I will :P)
Money Friendly option:
+ Vans Old Skool: Ah, the all-time classics. If he doesn’t already own a pair of these, do him a huge favor and get him some Old Skools. Classic and cool look to any outfit, instantly. I own the black ones and they are so comfortable, I love them! And, hey, get yourself some too, if you haven’t already, you’ll love them! These come in a myriad of different colors (even pastel pink & light yellow!) AND you can purchase your own custom pair off the Vans website as well!!
+ Nike Air Force 1: Probably one of the most comfy pair of shoes I’ve ever worn. I feel like I can run faster in these (perhaps placebo effect?) I love the white pairs, but the black pairs are also very cool. They’re monochrome!! Style these with suits, formal or casual wear, they’re sure to look amazing! You can also get custom pairs of these from the Nike website or just browsing Etsy!
Designer option:
+ Dior B23 High-Tops: These are my faves. Definitely going to grab these when the time is just right! Look at the images above on the far left & right. Those are the Italian-made Dior High Tops. They’re a marvelous contradiction (simple yet extravagant, all at the same time!) These work well with any casual outfit and are perfect for a night out! You can also personalize them on the website! C’est Magnifique!
+ Prada Wheel Cassetta High-Tops: Classic canvas sneakers, but make it Prada. These comfy sneakers come in black + white and proudly display the Prada logo on each sneaker. Have him style these with some black jeans and a white t-shirt + pair it with a denim jacket!
Boots:
Money Friendly option:
+ Doc Martens Smooth Leather Chelsea Boots: Who doesn’t love a good pair of Doc Martens? Make your giftee’s day with some classic Docs for a perfect fall + winter outing! You can choose from a myriad of different Docs on their website, but I find that the Leather Chelsea Boots are very popular! You can also get these in cherry red, too! These nicely polished boots can be worn great casually. Throw on some denim jeans with a coat (I love beige!) and he’s looking nice + dapper!
Designer option:
+ Prada Calf-Leather Chelsea Boots: These are very similar to the Doc Martens, only they’re Prada. These are more sleek & shiny leather, whereas the Docs are more matte and polished. These are also a great casual look, but they can also be worn formally! Styled with a nicely ironed suit + he’s looking like a celeb!

+ Adidas Ultraboost Running Shoes: I have seen like 50,000+ guys sporting these. These are Adidas best sellers on the men’s section, because they’re THAT GOOD. The link shows you 8 different colors that are mixed and matched, however, you can find other different styles of the Ultraboost, by going on the Adidas website and searching up Ultraboost. Let the games begin!!
Designer option:
+ Gucci Rhyton Sneakers: Bold, beautiful, and Gucci. Plus, they’re good for running. You can get these lovable shoes in brick red & beige/ebony. (The beige/ebony ones are so pretty btw) These shoes have a variety of different fabrics displayed on one sneaker. They’re bold, playful, and daring! Keep in mind, these are very comfortable and a Gucci Representative told me that they are great for running, but he wouldn’t call them running shoes, per se.

+ Dior and Shawn Pendant Necklace: Ever heard of Stussy? Well, this is a Dior x Stussy collab with brass & crystal! It’s stylish and a conversation starter!

+ H&M Felted Hat: This classy hat comes in 4 shades (black, dark brown, dark beige, and brown) The black felted hat is similar to the photo in the middle and to the far right. This looks amazing with darker tones, like sage green, black, navy blue and don’t forget to have him add a coat or jacket to add depth the look!
+ H&M Baseball Cap: This only $6 cap can be worn as sage green, navy blue, and black! It’s 100% cotton & it’s adjustable! I really like the sage colored hat, but the other two colors are fabulous as well! This hat is a great option for days in the sun or days when his hair is just not looking his best, haha.
+ Adidas Baseball Cap: This comfy cap is an exact replica of the hat seen in the far left picture above. It’s a maroon cap with a white trefoil logo and it’s 100% cotton!
+ H&M Cotton Bucket Hat: Beige & black and simple bucket hat. Great piece to many casual outfits! This under $1o bucket hat is 100% cotton looks amazing on a hat summer day or with layered coats + jackets!
+ H&M Beanie: Harsh winter days necessitate a warm beanie. This fine-knit hat comes in 3 colors, grey (fave), blue, and khaki. Looks great with coats, denim or leather jackets, and pretty much every casual outfit out there for cold days.

+ Shein Metal Frame Sunglasses: These stylish sunglasses come in black, brown, blue and green! Sunglasses are great add-ons to an outfit that will help his everyday & casual outfits look more interesting! People in the reviews are enamored with these beautiful sunnies. If this helps, try observing if he needs anything and personalize it for him. For example, his old and worn down wallet keeps on spilling coins?
